FAQs

SR means “Sales Release.” It is an identifying number assigned to each order.

The VIN number is on the VIN tag. The VIN tag is usually located above the driver’s window.

New Flyer base warranty coverage is one year, parts and labor. The warranty for other specific items can vary depending on the actual contract language.

A complete list of approved MAN service materials can be found at: www.man-mec.com Password for file access is: MAN Please check the approved oils under MAN standard 342 M1, M2, M3 and S1 as well as the greases under MAN 284 LI-H2 (high temp). MAN will make an updated list available quarterly through this website link.
